Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of contemporary art at the Afriques@AuxGazelles festival this August.

Moustapha Baïdi Oumarou, born in Maroua, a city in northern Cameroon, paints anonymous figures. His approach to portraiture recalls the works of Amy Sherald, Barkley L. Hendriks, and others, while his wild patterns are often reminiscent of Matisse and Gauguin.
